We usually implement individual control concepts with software solutions. Customer-specific tasks can be easily implemented and updated via software, and new functions can be added to the Paver control system at a later date.

We realize every new software development on our VÖLKEL platform. It provides all typical software routines, the real-time operating system, the necessary interfaces and diagnostic tools.

Customized software can often be created in a short time by modifying existing software modules .

Even for complex special applications, only a few individual modules and the software for central coordination are developed. In this way, we achieve a time and quality advantage in new development.

Customized hardware development

To ensure that your machine does the job perfectly, the control system is individually tailored to it.

Do you have special hardware requirements? Take advantage of our development know-how in the field of mobile machines from 40 years of experience. Where possible, prototypes are built from standard control units before series production. This shortens the development time because you can already work with this prototype and reduces the design risk. The first device is already being set up and tested under series production conditions. This way we avoid surprises at the start of the series.

Here you can select the appropriate hardware platform from our VÖLKEL platform. We develop the customer-specific part of the control system as a software solution in just a few weeks. The result is a flexible, individual and future-proof control system.
