One of the ways in which we practice business ethics in our organization is through the high standard of transparency we strive for.

If you suspect violations of applicable laws, the general Code of Conduct, existing policies or business ethics, it is important for us to know so that we can investigate such incidents and take any necessary action. That is why we have introduced a whistleblowing service. It is an important tool that enables us to promote our high business ethics and maintain the trust of our customers and the public.

The reporting of violations is provided by an external partner – WhistleB, Whistleblowing Center – to ensure anonymity. All reports will be treated confidentially. The reporting process is encrypted and password-protected, and reporting is simple and secure. Simply follow the instructions on the form provided, which you can submit without tracking. You should receive an answer within 10 calendar days. Complete anonymity is also ensured during feedback thanks to the use of an ID and password assigned to your report.

We do not allow reprisals against a whistleblower.
