MMS

The MMS safety control system enables manufacturers to easily implement the latest safety requirements for mobile machinery. It offers functional safety in accordance with Safety Integrity Level SIL2 as per IEC 61508 or comparable.

The operating system ensures a clear separation between normal machine functions and safety functions. It uses the redundant structure for this purpose. The development time is shortened. Commissioning and field tests of the machine functions run independently and in parallel to the safety certification process.

Within the defined safety area, MMS supports the agile further development of machine functions. Functional safety is fully encapsulated.

The MMS is a controller for controlling mobile machines in the outdoor area. It is particularly suitable for controlling safety-critical applications.
