Your options with the ConDoc^® software

• Setting and changing the control values, both for commissioning and during operation
• Saving and loading the entire control configuration to or from files. Automated: load multiple controls at the touch of a button
• Diagnosis of values during operation and the effect on the control behavior of the machine. Simultaneously compare several values in diagrams and define time intervals
• Remote diagnosis for checking the control unit “outside” in use. Establish a modem connection between the control unit and PC. If required: send correct data to the control unit

For safety reasons, our products are delivered to you unparameterized. Parameterization is carried out via the software ConDoc^®.

You can download these from our server using the license key sent to you by e-mail. To do this, you need to create an account in our customer area on the homepage

A Völkel controller is connected to the computer via RS232 or CAN using an adapter. Remote maintenance is also possible. With the help of a VÖLKEL modem, you can maintain the controls from the office as if you were on site thanks to the VÖLKEL Cloud. If several Völkel controllers are involved in the system, they can be connected to their respective CAN1 interfaces and all parameterized via the same diagnostic socket.
